How to produce a Miami?

Could anyone please tell me what morphs it takes to produce a Miami? I don't see it anywhere on the corn snake calculator and I am just curious.
Thanks,
Marsha

You would have to have miami's to produce a miami. The miami phase is a natural color/variety of corn snake, like the okeetee and rosy. There are breeders on here like Carol (Low Belly) who will have some really nice miami's this season. Hope this helped. :)

Thank you everyone, maybe I said that wrong. I don't want produce Miami's myself, I am just curious what morphs go into creating them.
Thanks,
Marsha

That's the thing, Marsha. There are no seperate morphs that go into a Miami.

It's a linebred type of *normal*, like Okeetee, and trying to produce it involves starting with an animal that expresses the linebred trait.

Sorry for the confusion there... That is also why it isn't on the calculator... you can't really combine morphs to breed for it, just have to continue the selective breeding.

I haven't been around in a while, so I want to know who Carol is, I freaking love Miami "phase", point me in the right direction, please?
I'm assuming she has the best stock around, sorry I'm so ignorant of the scene. Last time I was here, Joe Pierce was a good guy, but I see that has changed! (Bummer, that was a sad read.)
Hook me up with Carol, I want some Miamis!

Carol has (IMHO) the best Miami's around. That is why I have quite a few from her myself and am continuing her lines with my own breedings here. She is an awesome person to work with as well both on a professional and personal level.

Here is my keeper holdback miami from last year that is from Huddleston lines:

I remember lowbelly reptiles, I have seen it before, now I remember. I checked her personal forum and pricelist. Good stuff!
Definitely on the list of possible acquisitions.
I've been unemployed for a year, and my gf is going to murder me when she finds out I want to buy snakes. Thankfully, I'm working again, and when 2010 hatchlings are available I should be ready to buy. Thank you for all your help.

Carol is one of the breeders who is working with cutting edge morphs. She was the first to produce amel cinder, and so got to name it Peppermint. I have, let's see...five snakes from Carol, (three are Miamis!!) and will buying a VERY nice girlie from her this summer!! I can't wait.
