Favorite Current TV Shows!

I've been following "The Following", and like it thus far. I only question how far the premise can take the show before we start repetition, dragging things out (my biggest fear), etc.

I can't wait for The Amazing Race to start tomorrow! Whoo Hooo!

Did I already say Being Human? Cause I love that show!! The US version. The UK version is a little too cheesy for me.

So who are your favorite teams, Nanci? Thus far, the married couple of Max & Katie appear so VERY SHALLOW that I can't find myself rooting for them at all. Current favs, the Asian girls, Pam and Winnie, the father/Son team (can't remember their names), and I kinda like the country singers.

I don't even know yet, Fred.

The Taste is tonight. I'm liking that show. And the "tell all" show of The Bachelor, after the home visits. And then Survivor, Wednesday! TV is back to being good!!

trailer park boys is an amazingly hilarious show, one of my favourites for sure..and its Canadian, how could you not love it? :D
and I too am very happy about the amazing race, I didn't watch last years season but I'm getting back into watching in with my parents. (they LOVE it, and survivor.)

I'm honestly not a huge television watcher though, but I could watch documentaries all day, as long as their about plants or animals of some sort.

We watch a lot of documentaries mostly history and nature stuff as well as reruns of old stuff - Mash, King of Queens, The Rifleman. We both loved King of the Hill. Sorry that one has been cancelled. I adore cooking shows. As far as new shows - we don't avidly keep up with any shows although we like Modern Family, Bones, The Office and our standard poodle is named Walter after the character in Fringe. I got so behind in watching Fringe that I'd be completely lost if I started watching again now. Someday I'll need to buy the complete series set. My husband is a Cops fanatic. I like America's Most Wanted.

My Saturday evening is those trashy shows like Cheaters and Cops. I love Cops- not sure why. I also loved Reno 911. (I'm limited to antenna TV and Netflix unless I'm up at Rich's).

Survivor tonight!!

oooo cheaters - that's a good one. I could live without seeing cops but I have to say -one of the funniest cops episodes is an old one where an officer responds to a domestic dispute call. When a black couple answers the door, they are covered in flour evidently (having a food fight). The officer asks them what was going on they replied "nothing". I thought I would wet my pants laughing.

I get it, Nanci.

I'm one of those that feel free to switch favs as the show goes along. Those "picks" were based on first impressions. :) Is it really that long to Sunday??? At least it is "hump" day. LOL.

Wondering and waiting for Dr. Who... MISSED the Christmas special. :(

Still no favorite in The Amazing Race.

Now tonight I'm trying Celebrity Apprentice. I have no idea what it's about.

At least this season of Amazing Race isn't full of crybabies like a season or two ago... LOL. Good solid people (except for the twin doctors - WIMPS!). LOL.

The shows I make sure to catch are:Supernatural,Vampire Diaries,Walking Dead,Raising Hope,New Girl, American Horror Story

other than that I love watching Animal Planet & The History Channel--stuff like 'How it's Made" & "Too Cute"...any shows learning about Earth, space, animals (Snakes especially)& ancient history...I'm kind of a nerd I guess lol ;)

Glad Grimm is coming back. I've been into The Following lately, along with my usual Kitchen Nightmares, Face Off, Castle, anything on Food Network.
