Red Velvet is a kind of cake they have down south
that they keep secret from the rest of the world.
It's actually chololate, or cocoa, with a ton of red food
coloring, with delicious butter roux or cream cheese frosting.

I love eating Red Velvet cake! It's one of my highlights when visiting Myrtle Beach!:dancer:
