Pet Corn Snake

One of the main reasons I like this site is because it gives us the chance to update and share new stories about our reptiles as well as learn from each other about them.
I just wanted to update everyone on Sabrina, I got Sabrina early 07 as a rescue, I then re-homed her due to her aggression problems *I was new to the hobby* and then I took her back, and considered re-homing her, when It got to the day I could not do it. Ever since then I have been trying my best to be confident around her and was hoping if she sensed that I was not nervous, she would calm down.
It seems to have worked! all month I have been using the snake hook a little less, and less and less, and right now I'm considering throwing it away. I have now got Sabrina out with no problems, strikes, or bites 5 times. The latest time being 20minuates ago when I reached in, dug around her aspen bedding, found her and got her out. No problems, no aggression, just a lovely calm snake.
she had a hard few years as a young'en, and now I'm going to keep her to the best of my ability, in a nice tank with fresh water/food and enough handling to keep her exercised, for the rest of her life.
