My new girl, Loretta!

Mice! They taste so nice!
I almost made it through a whole year without buying any snakes.............then I saw an add for this lovey 07 lavender corn at a very good price. After a detour through the tube system on my way home from Pete's, and she really was irresistible!
Here's Loretta my lavender girl.

Thanks! She's got so much pink on her! It was very cold so I only got a few shots before settling her into quarantine. Now I have to make myself leave her alone and not pester her!

Thanks Angela! I really wanted a more pink than peach lavender, and I could see in her sale ad that she looked silvery and pink, and she's got a really, really pink nose! She originally came from my favourite snake shop, as the seller used to work there. He's reducing his corn collection to buy more royal pythons. (As an extra bonus she cost less than an 08 would from the shop)

I saw you buy her on the other site and smiled for you - she's so pretty! What a great pickup Janine ...

Thanks Toyah! I just couldn't pass her up! I have no breeding plans for her, I just loved how she looked. :dancer:

She's due to feed tomorrow. As her journey here took @ 2 hours, I'll leave her 'til Thursday to drool over- whoops I mean take a couple more pics and feed:)

I just had to find the right one!

Ahem.

ALL Lavenders are "the right one". Harrumph! Welcome to the one true addiction. ;)

(And of course, in keeping with your naming theme, is she named after a country/western singer, by any chance?)
