Bloodred qustion?

Tim66/corns

I have no Accent
I have a 1.0 Bloodred that is het stripe,Hypo possible het Anery.
I was am a newbie trying to understand their genetics.
I wanted to own a pair of Bloodreds with no black in them anywhere.
It is my understanding when this 08 grows up he might retain some black pigment?
If so what type of female Blood should I choose for him to get more Red w/no black?
Or should I just start over and buy Bloodred Stripes. (if these have the most red)
Just wondering what your takes will be.

The only way to know for sure you will get no black on your bloodred is to get a fire, which a diffused amel.

So is your goal to have a striped bloodred of some sort, or just any bloodred with no darkness to it? Is a bright orangish red ok?

A hypoblood will not have black, at all, stripe or no. (As in my Jasper). If you look at my Ruby, she's a plain old bloodred stripe, (het snow) and she doesn't have black, although she has a vanishing cubed pattern. She's a true, bright red.

Both hypo and amel bloods, striped or not, are going to be noticeably orange.

Well Nanci I was hoping for that deep red color. And I notice that some stripes appear that way. So that is why I mentioned them. If I did by a stripe female would I get stripes in the clutch with my male being het for it?
