Well as the official from the opposing party, I would like to extend my congrats to Jeff for his new and much deserved position. Right from the start of this whole thing Jeff had become the unanimous choice of this site and was well spoken of by many senior members of this community. And I would just like to say that even though I did not make the cut for this position, that has not hurt my drive or determination to be worthy of the title for moderator. Jeff, you were a great opponent and I wish you much luck and happiness as moderator. Rich, you made a great choice by choosing Jeff and I'm sure the site will agree that this site will definitely benefit from this decision. Thank you everyone and have a great day :)

Well after a lengthy and bloody campaign, and upon threat of bodily injury (just kidding...) unless I complied, I have decided to offer a moderator position to Jeff Mohr..... And surprisingly enough, HE ACCEPTED! Little does he realize what he is in for.

Anyway, a couple of the current mods are getting overworked here and have asked for some help, so I figured rather than running another lengthy vote on prospective candidates, I would let them choose who they would like to add on here as a mod. And they unanimously asked for Jeff..

So go easy on him for a while, people, until he learns the ropes.
