Spazy spottie python feeding shots...

Tula_Montage

It's Jager time!
Adrien is my favorite of my two spotted pythons. He has a much more golden colour (although I am sure he is coming up for a shed in these shots and looks rather dull) and a slightly reduced pattern, compared to Astrid the female. But he is a mad little bat, and the only way to photograph him is when he is busy trying to kill the already dead mouse.

Squish... you're doing it right!

LOL... Now you gotta be lying. If that's dull, I must have REAL problems with my eyes. :D He is a pretty snake, Elle. He's got some rainbows coming off of his scales, for goodness sake. :crazy01:

Ah but he is usually MORE golden than that LOL!

Astrid is super dark tonight. DYK she hasn't shed in almost 3 months?!

all those shots are great, but that last shot shows some intensity and awesome teefs. or as my nephew calls his, tu tus.

That first shot is my favorite. You take wonderful pictures!

Thanks lassie :)

Teefs indeedy. I am glad I have not been bitten by him... yet.

The first shot makes him look so evil, lol. The are so pretty and I love their eyes so much.

I bought them for their eyeballs. How silly am I LOL!

I can never remember. What is the differences between spotteds and childrens?

Not that much in all honesty lol. Childreni lose most of their pattern when they mature. It's really subtle and chocolatley. Whereas spotties keep that dark contrasting pattern and their spots ;)
