I finally found myself a decent deal on Craigslist. The girl was looking to sell 7 baby Crested Geckos, one for $30 or two for $50 so of course I had to get two! The parents of the babies were purchased at the Hamburg, PA show so that made me feel better about buying from her then buying from a petstore. I wanted females but they were only two weeks old and not able to be sexed yet and these two were just two adorable to say no to. They are both very sweet and used to being handled and I can't believe how tiny they are!

First up is Ducky.

Second is Chomper, s/he has a little scab on it's nose but I'm sure it will heal up.

Just loverly :) I named my sthanils according to the land before time. It's almost like a naming bible. You shall obey, call that one.... DUCKY!

Lol, thanks Elle, I loved the Land Before Time as a kid (okay I still do lol) and I knew as soon as I picked Petrie up at the expo that was going to be his name and then I just had to go with the flow.
 
I'm getting more and more jealous of your collection as it grows!! Ducky and Chomper are adorable!!
 
The first Land Before Time was one of my favorite movies as a kid (though not the 70 bazillion sequels). Great geckos, yup yup yup!
