Blutterer
And I'm not at all ashamed to say it. :p

Lacy here shed just yesterday. I don't normally take many pictures of her because she never wants to sit still. Ever. Always move move move.

However, because she really is such a fine looking lady, I figured it was time for a few new pics.

Very nice snake! Her colors look very dark and diffuse. How dark is she in real life? I have seen solid black milk snakes. This is the closest I have seen a corn snake to looking like that. However, I like her much more then the black milk snakes I have seen. Are you going to breed her to select for darker and more diffuse snakes? I have seen some nice Bloodred corn snakes that look almost solid red.

Those images are basically true to life. The ones in the sunlight are how she actually looks in the sun, and the ones that were taken when overcast (in the box) are how she looks in the shade. She's incredible and I love her very much.

Thanks for posting more pictures. Very unique!
And yes, do you have plans for this one??

Thankee! And yes, I do plan on trying to find a good mate for her. I tried to contact Marsha, who owns Wild Cherry to see about getting a male from that snake but never got a reply.

She is being paired with Vanay this year to test *him* for charcoal, and I may hold back a boy or two if any seem nice and dark. If she deigns to double clutch again this year, I'll try introducing Essan to her and would definitely hold back any dark bloods from them.

And thankyou to everyone else for the lovely compliments on her. :D

I get to see Lacy regularly, and I must say these pics are totally true to life. She's incredible!

She is STUNNING! It will be fun finally determining at least some of Vanay's genetics. Fingers crossed that they are indeed a pair!

Gorgeous! I love the way her color diffuses onto her belly, makes her look like she's been spray painted, lol.
