'07 Cinder: Zeke (Freshly Shed)

Thanks Elle, Nanci, Lynn, Ginger, Becky, Deb, and RavenSpirit!

Thanks Jenn. :) Yeah, he's the snake in my avatar. The avatar pic isn't that old, but he's lost his "baby" look since then.

Thanks Stephanie. Yeah, he's one of the few for which the gray wall is actually complementary. ;)

Thanks Susan. :) He'll be ready! He'll be paired with my female cinder, of course. I'd like to pair him with just about every other female too, but I guess that's not realistic. He'll probably be paired with a lav-blood and a hypo-blood, and maybe one other...

No offense taken, Matt. You're entitled to your opinion, even if it's crazy. :grin01: I'm curious about the combos too, but to be honest, I like straight-up cinders so much that I'm not as curious as I might be with, say, sunkisseds. I love the amel-cinder too, but not nearly as much as the straight-ups. I'm not going to be too happy about anything that alters those beautiful metallic-gold eyes!

My plans are to make more cinders, and who knows what else (see my reply to Susan). I have a female cinder of breeding size, but she hasn't bred successfully yet (she wasn't brumated). I also have two Keys het cinders that did successfully breed this season. The female is probably a week or two from laying (she's very gravid now). I also picked up 1.1 het cinder, bloodred '07s and 1.1 het cinder, hypo, lavender '07s from Carol last week. So I should have a good jump on the cinder stuff within a few years. :)

And now see, I much prefer the dark ones to the amel ones. I'd be more apt to be talked into one just like Zeke, before something in red :D

Glad to hear you like'em dark too, Dean :)

:laugh01:

Maybe you can talk Dean out of a pair of his split.

WHAT!? I'll have my lawyer's attorney contact your attorney's lawyer! That girl's a fussy feeder. She'll only accept premature, South American cabybara fetuses! Those don't come cheap!

(In reality, this girl would probably eat a bologna sandwich if I put one in a feeding tub with her. LOL. )

Sounds good, though I will be very interested to see how they interact with the other genes. Sunkissed cinder....could be sweet!
