1st Motley Hatchling of '09--Sweet Perfection!

bekers71

What addiction?!
Any one that know me knows I love breeding motleys. They are just my thing I guess. And when they come out with a pattern like this, then I'm very happy. I just wish they stayed this pink. This little boy is one of 17 in this clutch and I can see an anery sibling poking it's tiny now out now.

Man I love this hobby!!

Motleys and stripes are some of the funnest morphs to hatch out - never quite sure what you'll get, and some of the "aberrant" patterns are very attractive too!
Congrats on the beautiful hatchling! If I'd gotten a snow motley from my clutch I would have had a hard time not keeping it!

Thanks. I like some of the crazy patterns too. Motleys are so cool to work with. :)

That is eactly what I want this year. I love how perfect the motley pattern is. :)

Thanks Jen.

Goshhh Becky, you're an awesome breeder- that is one gorgeous motley!!! :D

Well, I can't really take the credit. The snakes did all the work, I just picked who was breeding who. I figured some one I know, hint , might like to see these guys as they came out. ;)

What an adorable baby! He has a really sweet pattern, and his little face is so cute. The band across his nose appears to be lighter than the color on the top of his head. I know what you mean about wishing they'd stay so pink!

Hola Beckers! Long time no chat!
Not sure if you have them separated yet, but the Anery Motley on the bottom right in the picture above has caught my eye...how much to get him shipped to me here in Indy?
You can PM me back if you don't want to talk business on here...

Very nice snakies!

Motley causes a fusing of the saddles AND no belly checkers. The saddle fusion varies from snake to snake. Some have it for only a little way, others go almost to the tail tip. Sometimes the the circles fuse and stretch out creating a stripe-y look, unrelated to the actual Stripes.
