hope you all enjoy the pics of my lovely big girl!

She is beautiful! We've had rosies and I know my daughter would love to get another T, but for now we are T free. Thanks for sharing her with us.

I think she's great! i like spiders more the bigger they get. this may seem like a funny question, but i've never owned one. Do they eat pinks?

pinks and any other animal(frogs, lizards, etc) that have bones in it are bad for Ts as they can't absorb the calcium from the bones there for it stores up acting like a poison and i makes it hard for them to molt. proper T food is crix or feeder roaches(dubia, lateralis, discoid for examples)

Eudora isn't my only T she just my biggest(for now..i have 3 that will get several inches bigger then her) and one of the few who'll stay put for me to snap pics.

Very neat indeed. XD
I've heard of bird eating spiders in the wild before, they must be specially devloped to handle the calcium? probably not a T ?
My boyfriend would FREAK if i ever brought one home...and he does more housework then any of the pets, so i guess he's a keeper. :p

their called bird eaters cause of their size not cause they eat birds and are a tarantula like the others. high levels of calcium is no good for an T wether it be a dwarf spieces or a large bird eater.

Beks- you should get atleast one. their such neat little creatures

She is definately the stuff of my nightmares for sure!
(says the lady who has snakes and rats as her darling pets)

She is really big and healthy looking though, a great example of her species :)

Can you handle her at all? Does she have a burrow? She's pretty cool, but I can live without one!

Nanci- she's quite a fiesty hungry girly and and would probably nibble my hand thinking it was food and she's also kinda defensive and will kick uraticating hairs if pestered to much...and i would rather not be itching for a week. no burrow but she has a hide she never uses...she's always out in the open.
