I had half the day off so figured I would take advantage and take a few of my beauties outside.

First is a lava cinder produced by Walter.






Direct sunlight was washing out this coral ghost so I took her into the breezeway. She is 66% ph amel and I acquired her from Dave a few years back along with a nice salmon snow, Mastermind. Her belly is solid pink.



This hypo sunkissed motley came from Steve. They remind me of sunglows, without the red eyes.





This is a female saffron 66% ph stripe, a little blurry :/



This orchid male is from Steve, and is much more vibrant in person. He's about 250g so may be on the breeding roster this year.



Oh and here's a hideous hypo orchid.

Thanks! The regular orchid is really stunning in person, but the light just wasn't working in his favor today.
 
Nanci, that coral ghost may be pretty, but it's a 100% guaranteed bite getting her out of the enclosure!
 
I attempted in vain to get better photos of the orchid.





However I do have an accurate photo of my pride and joy, Brainiac! He is perfection!!!


Sadly his sister is harder to get photos of, but she is the prettiest pastel pink.


And an opal, another tough one to photograph. Her pale lavender saddles just don't show up.
 
Thanks! If I were only able to keep one snake (terrible thought) it would probably be him. He was a colorful hatchling but if anything I expected his color to become less vibrant over time, instead of the opposite.

His sister is also beautiful with her pastel pink color. I will probably pair them at least once to see if I get any babies like Brainiac. I have a salmon snow, Mastermind, that is more of a salmon color (duh) than Braniac, but his belly is pink all over, suggestive of red factor, whereas Braniac has a white belly despite being more pink everywhere else. I will pair both Brainiac and Mastermind to my snow tessera, Alaska, and pair my champagne stripe to Alaska and Braniac's sister. Lots of exciting snow mix-up projects!

Here's Alaska, who was actually in shed for this photo and I didn't realize it. One of her parents was salmon, so I should get good results pairing her with Mastermind.
