An angry baby boa

Yes, we've decided to invest in a few snake hooks at our next big show.

Got to go scrub the two urine stains out of the carpet in front of her cage! :D

lol, good stuff!

my hogg island is like that when we disturb him, but he's just bluffing. Ive never had him strike at me and he's great once he's out the tank.

I do love the hissing act though, never thought to take a video of it.

Naaaah, that's just her being hissy. Get used to it, they like to show off when they are young.
I am not trying to hijack your thread or anything but show you my own RTB :

Now he looks like he means buisness right?
well, he is one of the calmest beings in existence. I was never bit by him except for one time(a good while back) when while he was on me I made a really quick movement and raised him up- he lashed cause he was spooked- he didn't even break the skin with the bite though.

On the contrary, I advise you to ignore it else they will learn that they can actually make you leave them alone by hissing.
What I do is flatten my hand and slowly move my hand until it is above their head and I lower it until I touch the head- I then push it down gently as if I was stroking them. They will hiss louder once or twice and then give up cause it doesn't do them any good.

All in all, I love it when they hiss(mine only hissed twice in his life- but I have experience with many young boas I am keeping here that aren't mine per se), it's always a good photo opportunity.
