Animals that scare you

Well I hav been thinking about this since I caught a large wolf spider in GA and held it like I would any other animal and I though why am I not afraid but I though about some animals that do scare me and it is weird wolves scare the crap out of me. Are there any animals that scare you?

People. They are far less predictable and capable of MUCH more sinister plans than any animal or insect I've ever encountered...

But I'm not a big fan of spiders and scorpions, either. Not afraid, per se...I just don't know a whole lot about them, so I avoid them...

Maggots, I can't stand to look at them and they freak me out. Oh and the worms I got to try to feed my Tarantula cause they look like maggots.. But other than that, nothing that I can think of really. I used to be really afraid of spiders, till oneday, I faced that fear, and I havent been afraid of them since.. Wolf spiders are one of my favorites. And its a good thing I am not afraid of scorpions because I find them in the house all the time.

Nothing scares me but large insects annoy me a bit, nothing worse than ripping down the road on a motocycle and having a big bug go splat on your face.

I've had them fly at me, too.. and once when I was still in elem school, my sister felt something in her shoe and since I was the one always looking under rocks and whatnot, I offered to get whatever it was out... well i grabbed it and it bit me with my hand still around it. I opened it and just freaked out..
Probably the worst part of florida :\

My first night at grad school I woke up around 3 am to a Palmetto bug crawling across my face. Being from the Northeast I had never seen a roach that big that didn't run away when the lights came on and could fly.:eek1: The dorms were infested with them. I would routinely find them in my dresser amongst my clean clothes. I guess I got habituated to their presence.:shrugs:

I'm with Chris...people, definately people. Especially people with alot of time on their hands and no conscience.

I'm not fond of parasites either but as far as any creature that isn't human, I recognize that they are driven by instinct and not malice. They are only trying to survive.

5. Humans-'Nuff said

Bored Humans was my answer before opening this thread, and it still is. Great minds must think alike.

PS. Next in line is Spiders. Yes, "little" squishable creepy, spastic, fast as lightning, jumping, ambushing, dripping fanged spiders. :dgrin:
