Hopefully this is the right spot. Lol
I have a 08 RO And she is 46g (before I fed her tonight)
and what I was told was a 08 .. I am thinking if it is he is a LATE 08.. As he is only 19g. (he is a butter)

My RO gets a Fuzzy a week.. and my Butters gets 2 Pinkies a week.

Just wanted to Dbl check to make sure things are on track.

Also, When is a 10gallon tank too Small for a Corn? LOL! So, I know when to upgrade.

I have an 08 who is 25 or so. I also have an 08 runt who is 65. The 65g has plenty of room in a 10 still. I have a 200g who seems like she would be borderline too big for a 10, but I think you also need to think about how active the snake is. If they never come out, they don,t need so much room. OTOH, I have put a very active baby in a 20.

Well ill say my 08 born july is 40grams and he is in a 20 he is super active at night and morning on the other hand my 339gram adult hardly ever see her

Interesting to here that some 08's are still around 25-30g. I have a Late May09 cornsnake that is 20g. Not an overweight snake in anyway.. Is it a fact that every snake grows at a different pace, or is it how we feed them? ive started giving him double pinks last week and he is devouring them no problem every 6 days.

Thanks

Lol Yea, I see sooo many differences in Weights with the Age groups.. I was confused. I wanted to make sure I was feeding them the right way :) I am following the monson plan :)

And Yea, my bigger one isn't super active, except after feeding. She usually hides..then comes out at night sit and look at stuff. Lol

Thanks Robbie.

Haven't gotten my little guy up on any pictures yet. Camera Phone just doesnt do Nate any justice. Have to take the sisters dig camera for a couple photo's soon.

There appears to be no rhyme or reason to corn snakes' age and growth... I have a Sept '07 (so just under 2 yrs old) who is 338 grams and I have a baby (June '09) who I weighed on Aug 7th at 1 1/2 months old and he is 10 grams already, he's way ahead of my '07 when he was the same age. I feed both according to the Munson plan altho I've only had the baby long enough to do 3 feedings with him.

Well, I did have two 08's one hatched in April and one in June. Back in July this year when I got them weighed the one I bought last summer in July weighed 104.4grams and the one I bought last summer in August weighed 95.9grams. The smallest one I have which I bought in Jan 09 was only 3 weeks old when I got him/her and when it got weighed this past July it was 48.6g. My adult corn snake Diamond is a little over 3yrs old and weighed in July at 640.1grams. Is that to much for them at their ages? Ofcourse-Rose the one I bought in August last summer is now missing :(

i have an 08 normal that was a 7/08 hatchling fed normal who just broke 150g. hes only a lil over a year old. hes a bruiser.

I have 08s varying in weight from 53g to 199g.

I also have some 08 Serpenco snakes coming to me in September which weigh somewhere between 16 and 50g I believe.

Wow, what a Various weight difference! Alright, I don't feel so bad then! LOL! :) Emily, my RO is SOO BIG now! OMG.. from when I got her at my first Rep Show.. she was 12g. Lol

We have an 08' who is 100grams and an early 09' who is 25grams. The 09' was only 7g when we got him in March. I think he's going to be our biggest.

We have been following the Munson plan for quite a while and our 08's vary in weights; we have an amel zigzag that is 97g, a neon bubblegum (from Carol) that is 139g, an Abbots that is 180 g, and a ghost that is 125g. We recently acquired an 08 ghost from a friend that is only 45g. Our keeper hatchlings were born at 10g on 6/9 and have already more than doubled in weight.
