Bond... Jane Bond - The New Face of 007!

Em Wright

The Ice Queen
I introduce CIR-11-007... we've been calling her Jane Bond. :p

She's a 2011 Caramel Bloodred! (She always turns up very dark in photos)

She was having trouble shedding so we had to help her. Once we got it unstuck from her neck she just wiggled right out of the rest. She was so good - I think she really enjoyed the wet paper towel. :)

Like I said. She comes out way dark in the pictures, but she IS a Caramel Bloodred. She's from a Bloodred het Butter Stripe & Bloodred het Butter Stripe pairing.

In person you can see the Caramel a lot better. She has other siblings that are really dark and some that are much lighter. And that 2nd picture is pre-shed. I didn't get a post shed picture I didn't want to stress her too much.

Here's one of the dark siblings...

First one is pre-shed and the last one is post-shed.

She's still really dark, but you can see the brown coming in. Once again, they just show up so dark in the pictures. The Caramel is much more noticable in person.

EDIT: Whoops wrong pics...

That pre-shed picture definitely threw me off! Posted right after the "shedding" picture made it look like pic # 2 up there *was* the post-shed.

Yeah I realized that after I read your post. I should have specified!

Here's one of the lighter siblings...

Thanks Jessica!

We were hoping she'd be a boy so we could call her James Bond LOL, but oh well. Jane Bond is just as cute I think. :D

Based on those pics I would've also said Granite or perhaps Diffused Caraner... :crazy01:

But I'll be looking forward to progression pics! :D

Is it just me or does a little infusion of bloodred in the mix make every morph better??? Or am I just baised towards bloodreds since I became the owner of one???

LOVE the name! I work with a gal who is a James Bond fan. She has a cat named "Money-penny". She keeps acting like she's not a nerd. But she's so there!

Devon

Devon, I agree. I think Bloodred makes a lot of morphs look better!

Well she isn't a keeper, so I doubt she'll retain the name, but it's fun to make jokes about it. LOL
