So I've had terrible insomnia for more than 10 years and started watching snake videos on YouTube to pass the night. Got interested in snakes and now quite interested in corn snakes. Totally news to this type of thing. I have chinese shar pei but nothing ever close to a reptile. I have a very understanding husband is what I'll say.

 my friends.

I'm here to learn. Thanks guys!

Welcome. Corns are great pets, but warning, they can be addictive to many people. Tons of experienced people here, so fire away with questions. Believe me, folks around here are MORE than willing to give you their opinions about stuff. ;)

Welcome to the forum! Corns are often active at night, so that could be the perfect pet for a person with insomnia.

I never thought I'd own a bearded dragon, much less a snake (or two or three or ...!) but with the interest and passion of my kids and the tolerance of my husband, we are.

Welcome and have fun!

(lol at the slippery slope comment!)
