Baby M, Amel Lava.

This is why I don't trust this brand of lettuce container! I have four clips on it, and I still put the whole thing in the adult rack while I was at work, because I didn't want to be searching for babies in the innards of the incubator...(They all stayed inside the egg container...) My usual brand changed to an even worse closure!

Beautiful babies! But how can you tell the amel lavas apart from the lavas at such a young age? Is it because the amels lack ventral pattern? Noob question I know.

We all had to start somewhere ^^ Lavas are a form of hypo, meaning they don't completely lack black but it's reduced. You can see this particularly well in the saddle borders and sometimes the belly pattern - in the lavas, you can see a grey saddle border :)
