I might as well keep a thread like this going. I found some more Craigslist snakes. These are ones that I would love to have. Don't need them. Can't afford them. And don't want something that can eat through the rest of my animals. But they're pretty!

4 year old male Super Stripe Boa. 4 1/2 to 5 feet . Very handable, never refuses a meal. No health issues ever. Hes too big for my smaller dwarf females. Would work good with a 6 ft plus female. If gone by this weekend I'll throw in a nice 4 foot vision cage. $350 or best 303-xxx-xxxx Thank you

I kind of thought it was a 'wish list' kind of thing. The OP saw an ad, wished they could buy the snakes for sale but cant, and these are the snakes. Also, there is an option for you to respond, if you have seen an ad for snakes that you would like but cant afford. I guess a 'real life' wish list, instead of the 'someday wish list'.

I dont think the OP is trying to find other buyers, are they? Maybe I'm way off base.
 
There is a fine line that is being very close to being crossed. First, the OP is not a Contributing member and is unable to post any form of a classified ad on this forum until that $25 is paid. Second, not even Contributing members are allowed to broker anything on this forum. If you don't own whatever it is, it is not to be advertised here, period.
 
I really don't think the poster was trying to advertise. S/He blocked out the seller's phone number and did not post any links, so even if you did want the snakes there's no way for you to get in contact with the seller. I think this is more of a "I saw these and think they're really pretty (but unfortunately I can't get them), don't you agree?" type thread.

First, let me say that I'm in a very pissy mood and if no one really wants to read me being pissy... stop reading now.

I have posted several pictures of animals I've found on CL. It was never a problem before. I'm not trying to sell/advertise from craigslist. It was more of a "I wonder what everyone's opinion is" just in case in the future I would like to aquire a snake that will get bigger than a ball python. Seeing as I just got into snakes, I really don't know if the snakes are worth the price asking. I'm not trying to say "hey, i can get this snake for you". If it will be such a problem, I will never ever post anything I see on CL again, even if I purchase the animal. Will one of the mods just take the darn thread down so no one can whine about it? Thank you.
 
There's a purty bullsnake in my area on CL that I WANT....but hubby would kill me. :(
 
Oh, cheez, I'm sorry you're pissy this evening. Tell you what, I'm going to go to a bunch of other sites. Post the full advertisement descriptions along with the pictures of their animals here, at this site, and not even consider the 50 - 60 - 100 people here that pay $25 a year to have the right to advertise and sell animals here.

An "I heart these" type of thread with just pictures wouldn't cut it for a wish list huh? My bad. Color me a jerk. Sorry.
