Eastern Blackneck Garters

JoannaD

Formerly known as jodu
The only other snakes that I breed are Eastern Blackneck garters. Our household started into the world of herps via an adopted Ball Python and then a red sided garter that gave birth much to our surprise! When I started to do more research I happened upon a photo of an Eastern Blackneck and now they are the only garters I keep. (Well except for the 2 babies from the original garter. They are mutts and my first ever snake babies!)

Here are my two female breeders and my one male and some of the babies from this year.

You've captured them so beautifully. Such amazing and under-appreciated snakes. I especially love the middle baby in the last picture!

Thanks guys! They are definitely beauties to look at. No tubs for them. It always makes me smile to see them out and about in their vivs!
