#6 Sunset! hatched as the sun was going down :)

Didn't expect to have this one come out so fast but it gives me something to do rather than my finals lol

Ok I'm new so forgive me if I'm wrong but is that another pinstripe motley? He/she seems to have a stripe from head to about 1/2 way down & then saddles. Am I even using the right terminology? Lol. I'm trying really hard to learn more & more & more.

I'd consider that a partial pin-stripe. It's just a term we use for when the motley pattern connects, I don't believe there is anything genetically special about Sunbeam other than he/she looks really cool, it's still a sunglow motley, hope that helped clear things up. I'm not an expert on genetics either (Sunbeam is probably going to be the one I keep or give to my Brother)

#7, #8, #9, #10

So I got 7 Sunflower out last night when my boyfriend came home from work and woke me up. Then 8, 9 and 10 were waiting for me when I got up this morning! Three are still pipping and one has yet to pip.

Pic 1 = #7 Sunflower
Pic 2 = 8,9,10 after hatching
Pic 3 = #8 Sunrise
Pic 4 = #9 Sundance
Pic 5 = #10 Sunny

I love the names you picked out! Isn't it funny that only one ended up being a stripe? I like the little q-tips some of them have!

Any hets on these babies? Such pretty snakes!!! I love the name series you picked out ;)

To the best of my knowledge no, I don't think they have hets. My female was adopted from craigslist and came from a pet store in WA when it was a hatchling and the male was a breeding loan. Both parents are beautiful sunglow motleys which is probably why the babies are so pretty :) Thanks

#11 Sunray!

#11 Sunray has a partial pinstripe like #6 Sunset does. Only three more to go!

#14 Solar!

Wow- good job at coming up with all those names!! When I was a kid, I lived by Sunray Shopping Center!!

Thanks Nancy :D now I have another clutch of 16 to pick names for lol

They are all very beautiful!!! That is a wonderful first clutch!

Thanks Laura, I'm so happy they all hatched. What beautiful little worms :D

Solar is the last to hatch. All 14 babies look healthy and are chilling in their hatchling containers. Going to let them shed and eat before I sex them. Round 2 of Pips (Chedda's clutch) should be starting this weekend!
