Gettin a 'phant

Carol, I'll be giving you a call about your unicorns. I was just thinking last night at work that a unicorn would be an awesome pet.
Do you have a waiting list I could be put on? And is their care similar to a "phants, so I can just put him on my balcony?
Any info including a care sheet would be awesome.
Thanks in advance.

Hey Susan, did you get your Unicorns from the same place I got my Skunk Apes?

Sorry the pic stinks. They're shy.

I know you hang carrots off that horn thing, to make them run faster.
And if you tie the back legs to the front legs, they don't need that much room to exercise.

Folks, I'd like to throw my hat in the ring as far as unique pets go. These guys are just dangerous to be exciting (rear fanged venomous, catch bugs by shooting lightening out of their mouths AND will talk to you if you're lonely).. They are not for everyone, though if they catch on many people will CLAIM to have one. I only breed one/ year and as far as I know I'm the only one who is breeding them.

I've mentioned them on these boards before, and I have had a lot of inquiries, but unfortunately I can't sell them to just anybody. Read here (post number 16) and drop me a line if you're interested.

OMG!!!1111!!1 I so want one, Tom! What do I feed them? Invisible crickets and greens? I can do that! I'm sure that I have invisible bugs all over my house. I can't see them, but I know they're there!!

Please send me your paypal address. I'd like a trio!!!11

OMG, I SOOOO wanted to stay out of this, but I have been reading it and keep getting the "Go, Diego, Go!" theme song stuck in my head.

anyway... I need to practice loading an image since I hope to FINALLY be getting a CORN SNAKE in the near future.

I really thought about this a lot...

I like horses, so the unicorn was tempting. But with the price of gas these days, and the fact that I live in the middle of nowhere, I thought I should be a little more practical.

I would prefer a pair or trio, since I have lots of acreage out here. Anyone know the best breeder to contact?

Here you go, Kathy. That pretty little trio you are looking for, available at the Cloud Castle. The picture doesn't do them justice, they are in fact quite sparkly.

Better yet ... how about an Alicorn (a cross between the unicorn and the pegasus). Then, you could have your unicorn but .. with wings.:)

They are REALLY CUTE! BUT...I am a practical person. They look kind of small, and I am NO featherweight, lol! They have to earn their keep around here, not be JUST a pet, haha!

"...how about an Alicorn..."

Yes, that would be perfect! Do you know if there are any morphs available in which the horn curves backwards enough to use it like a saddle pommel? Then I could avoid buying a saddle!

I saw this thread when it first started and lost track of it till a few minutes ago. I only read the last page but I'm certain you all are loosing it a tad waiting on those eggs to pip!;)
