Nice pattern!!! Gosh I envy you for that...! I'm getting a wide-stripe aztec amel or what ever it is. Would make a great pair with that of yours. ;)

I personally think it looks like an aztec... But I'm not an expert, I just compared yours to the aztec and the zigzag in my book... :)
 
It looks a lot like a motley stripe with some zig zag influence. With a zig zag, you wouldn't see that middle stripe that stays going in a straight line. They're beautiful, though!
Just for clarification, they're not in the same cage all the time, right?
 
unfortunately, yes. hatchlings shouldnt be housed together, there could be cannibalism. it may seem fine, but there is never a problem... until theres a PROBLEM. if that makes sense. also, if one got sick, then it wouldnt spread to the entire group if you housed them separately.
 
ohh....so...thanks :).... but i think i will take the risk...because i just have no more places to keep them unfortunately...and for the pattern...i think its just because the picture....it seems to me like zigzag but not all ,more like :zigzag normal zigzag norm.... ( no straight lines)
