Hypo cinder progression

toyah

Snakes in designer genes
This boy changes so much that I felt a progression thread was needed. He's still only a baby so I've no idea what he'll end up looking like.

All the photos in this post have been posted before, so I'll keep them small :)

Hatchling photos:

After second shed:

And some new photos from today, three months old and again freshly shed.

I like too :) He got darker after his second shed, but he's actually paler now than he was a month ago...

Amazing!!! Did you breed him yourself or did you pay a fortune to get him? I bet hypo cinders cost...umm...well more than I could ever afford...!

wow! I guess he likes to keep us guessing. I like a lot!

Thanks :) You have plans for hypo cinders don't you? You won't be disappointed with them!

I bred him myself, from a pair of double hets - the girl is mine, the male belongs to cornmorphs. Out of nineteen babies we got just the one hypo cinder.

Amazing snake....I love his eyes!!

Thanks :) I think his eyes are his best feature, I love pale snakes with dark eyes, and the patterns in his irises are just funky.

Have to agree - what a fantastic and interesting snake and his eyes are fabulous! Great idea to have a progression thread for him.

Thank you for the progression Toyah! Great pics!
This boy is eye candy!:cool::cool::cool:

Without knowing it,you and Nigel were great inspiration for me..

NICE!! I can't wait for all the cinder morphs!!!:dancer: Between this guy and Carol's Amel Cinder, I think they are going to be awesome..

If murphy smiles upon me ;) I love when you post pics of yours!! I can't wait to see what he ends up looking like as an adult...

Great photos! I can't wait to see the next progression pics!:)

Thanks guys :) I am looking forward to seeing more of them next year, hopefully from different people and different lines. It'll be fun to know if this is what most hypo cinders look like, or if there's a wide variation to their looks.

Me too - it'll be fun finding out as well. I love the amel cinders, if my luck holds out hopefully I'll have a few of my own next year ...

WOW! The changes with each shed is amazing! Personally, I would like to see him get a bit darker, but light is good too! The snowflakes on his head and even his iris are quite intriguing!

Fantastic! He's starting to look like I was hoping a hypo cinder would...just a hint of faded maroon is showing nicely now.
