You think you're sick of it? Loxocemus gets a 7-day suspension. Maybe he didn't see my warning before he posted, but it doesn't matter; his post was way out of line.

I saw this thread exactly 20 minutes after I saw the "report post" in my email. I don't keep my email open 24/7 so that I can promptly respond to every complaint coming from this site. I have other things to do. But still, I was given 20 minutes to review this, and by then, everyone had taken things into their own hands. I never had the chance to address this the right way. You guys just went at it.

I have zero control over who posts in whose threads. It's an open discussion forum. I can't control who gets PMs from whom either. If you see a PM from someone you don't like, delete it unread. If you choose to read it, and it breaks forum rules, forward it to the mod team. But we're not here around the clock, so don't expect immediate attention.

I won't be deleting or editing any posts in this thread. There are actually REAL legal reasons why the mods are discouraged from doing so.

Just cut it out already! EVERYONE knows who I'm talking to. I don't want to be some crazed, ban-happy mod, but that's the only effective way to stop this kind of thing. And the mods can't be selective in their approach, so I guess we'd have to strictly enforce the rules across the board. Boy won't this place be fun. Or we can just be reasonable adults so we can maintain a fun, loose atmosphere. Your choice.

Back to the vodka and staring at my chondro for me. That makes Elle a very happeh bunneh! :wavey:
 
Excellent.

I need to go replenish my own vodka supply, so I'm hoping that this is over. If it's not, the next inflammatory post gets its author suspended.

I absolutly recommend the more complete chondro my Greg Maxwell. I read it over and over again for months before I got Siren, and I am still reading it.

It's just absolutly fabulous. Everything you could possibly need to know and more...
 
Sorry I've not been around, what I ment was that I would be able to sleep through watching her all the time, especially if shes close to your bed

But it's not always the case... especially as it is a Sorong, not a Biak...

great looking wee Viridis, and I loved the setup... looks like a Christmas box, and though I don't celebrate it- I can't say I would have rejected receiving such a gift box :p

All I can say is... make sure to be on your toes, as you probably already know from Greg Maxwell's book- it's essential to spot complications early on... because the "too late" phase arrives pretty quickly with these cuties.

My Biak was quite docile but now is a biting machine... however she is a yearling, at this period they usually become more feisty and then cool off again... so there's hope still
