I have 20 snakes, and I get pooped on _maybe_ twice a year, in a bad year.
It's extremely unlikely a snake is going to poo on you, anyway.
I swear one of my rat snakes holds it until he sees me.
He's a reluctant feeder, I have to offer a mouse to him 20x until he finally takes it.
Immediately once he has it in his mouth, he DIVES out of his tub and I catch him on the way down.
He poops all over me, I put him back in his cage. It's the same every time.
It's not so much poop as it is a collection of every waste product he can generate. It's sooo much more than poop, and it smells 10x worse.
really?
i've handled my hatchling three times and she's pooped on me twice.
:rofl::rofl: Seriously funny. I'm sorta sorry for laughing.
As you handle them more they don't poop on you as much anymore, at least on purpose.
It's a defense mechanism.

Is the hatchling musking you, because it is frightened??
