Derek, I live to disagree with someone on something!

Can someone tell me where the corn snake forums is?

Hi, you must be new here. You'd better pray to the god of skinny punks that YOU never disagree with me.............

Sorry I missed you in Chicago on Saturday Quigs...meant to be there...didn't happen.

Well...I love being made fun of in front of my back and all :D so I'll let this one rest.

LMAO...thanks for being gentle, CAV!

Alias -

We rode up with another couple (that wanted to go, but aren't into reptiles like we are) and we're only there for a few hours on Saturday. Only person I talked to was Ken.

I tried to talk to Kathy Love but a whole family of newbies were blocking her table and keeping her well occupied so we moved on.

We had a good time but learned a lesson. We would have had alot more time and more fun if we had gone by ourselves! Oh well...

Live and learn...there's always next year!

Quigs

Next year will be a better event...I think now that more people have gone...it will keep expanding...at least with a lot of the people I talk to on a regular basis.
Got to talk to Kathy for a little while...between families buying their 8 year olds 50 dollar corn snakes to see if they "like" the hobby. =)
Must be nice.

And Krenna i know who i am.
That's good you don't act like it.

I dare to speak up for my believes and i will not be told to shut up. I don't go scream like a little piglet.
I never told you to shut up.

And if more people would do so the world would be a better place
Preaching to the choir.

You however judge based on nothing. You keep trying to get attention by randomly yelling at me in topics you have nothing to do with in the first place just so you at least can go yell and feel better for it.

Wrong, again I base my opinion on supportive facts of you acting retarded. I can post anywhere I want and I don't know where I have to be included on a topic to post.. I find it amusing I have to type that one.. lol

I am free to speak.
Just as I am free to post.

You however can always find a stick if you want to beat a dog with it.
Are you on crack where in the hell did that come from?

Even if you have nothing else to say then rude words. Your nasty
.

Ouch you hurt my feelings lol

No not rude these statements hold pretty true in my eyes. :)

Psst, Krenna.....

*whisper:* You forgot to mention that meat eaters freed Europe, twice. :madeuce:

Has everyone forgotten that the SNAKES are meat eaters as well~ And the last time I looked~ they were pretty rough about making the kill~ but then I got hollered at for teaching aspiring herpers how to humanely euthanise prey items.

Now I gotta dig something BEEF out of the freeze for dinner~
(Pouting cuz now I want venison~ good thing I LIKE beef too!)

:fullauto: holy damn that squirrel i just ate tasted marvelous. a bit stringy but still good. Next is seafood, raw like i like it. Has anyone besides me ever tasted crocodile? (delicious) or how about escargo (not as delicious). pardon me, my dog is barking and i have to beat it with a stick. Maybe jicin can tell the future

and CAV i need you to come to a California or Arizona show sometime so i can get one of your snakes. We could eat squirrel together, and maybe some house cat...

I've had escargot, and it's pretty good. I've also eaten rattlesnake, octopus, and a whole lot of other bizzaro foods.

i've always wanted to try rattlesnake. Is it any good? i had a bad experience with octopus but rabbit is a good alternatve

Rattlesnake is quite mild in flavor so it tastes like whatever you spice it with. The meat is kind of stringy like some fish are, but it's not fishy of course. I used to raise rabbit for food, and I love it. Doesn't even taste close to octopus though.

lol, now that i read my post that what it sounds like i meant for rabbit to taste like. I just meant that it is another thing to put on the plate. I was dared to eat an octopus tentacle on a cruise ship and one of the suckers stuck to my toungue when i tried to swallow it. o well, i made 50 bucks for trying.

MMMMMMM......Rabbit........*Drools* *Grabs 22 Rifle* Lets go Hunting.

Rabbit is awesome. How do you prepare it SurfkidTS?

Will have to try Rattle Snake sometime. We sure have a lot of them here around my place. I have lost a lot of Pets (Dogs and such) to Rattle Snakes. I have also had a cousin bitten by a rattle snake as well as friends.

most of the rabbit i've eaten has been prepared in a pasta mix. taste kinda like spaghetti and meatballs. Its seasoned with salt, onion, garlic, and some pepper. Very simple but quite good :D

I LOVE rabbit...used to shoot em, clean em and throw them on the grill fresh with some salt and pepper...nothing like it.
I have eaten rattlesnake...and alligator. Both are excellent.
I have eaten Bear, Moose, Elk, Buffalo (Not the kind you get in the grocery store), Deer, Antelope, Squirrel, Duck, Goose, Wild Turkey, Pheasant, Grouse, Quail, Partridge, Dove, Octopus, Squid, Caribou, Zebra, Gazelle and even Lion.
The last three I got meat from a game farm in Indiana (I don't even know if it still exists).
All were great (although some are DEFINITELY better than others)...because they are meat...and thats what humans have evolved to eat. Right now I have 5 different kinds of wild game in my freezer IN MY KITCHEN (That should change with Migratory Season opening this week!!). If we had never stopped eating it raw, we wouldn't have so many gastrointestinal disorders and health problems plaguing us as a race right now. Vegetables aren't a solution to our health problems...or to animal suffering...they are something you cut up...mix with meat...and make chili.
