Hi Everyone!

I'm Heather and I have a two-year-old corn snake. I mainly joined this forum becuse I am eager to hear your thoughts on this photo.

My snake Indiana, was halfway through shedding when she turned around and crawled BACK into her shed, creating a circle. WHY?!!

In the photo, her tail is at the bottom and her head is at the top, under the log.

Your snake seems to be a very beautiful Miami Phase! Congrats on having such a pretty snake, and welcome to the forum. :)

Oh and the name "Shedder's Remorse" fits perfectly! :D

Someone on here had a picture once of a snake shed where the tail was in the mouth or something like that...if only I could find it! Anyway welcome to the forums!

o_O Maybe that's what Dier did to create her amasing Oroboros shed.

Now I'm going to have to find where I stored that shed and check it for an exit hole.

*edit* having checked the shed... no exit hole, but there is a section halfway down that is stretched waaaay bigger than the rest of the shed, so I bet she turned around there.

Weird creatures. You're saving this shed, right? :D

Shiari, that is an amazing shed, lol! Too bad but when Indiana was done, her shed didn't look like yours. That, I probably would have kept. It's awesome to know that even after two years, this snake is still amazing and entertaining my family and I!

What a great photo! How cool that you were able to catch her in the moment! And I must say, beautiful, beautiful Miami. One of my favorite morphs! :}

Also, welcome to the forum!

Thank you Jlindp. It was a treat to catch her in the act though slightly painful to watch though as she struggled to break out. She's a beautiful snake if I do say so myself. :eek:)
