Had my first confirmed lock tonight. The pairing is a carmel pewter het amel male x fire het charcoal female. Hoping for a white out . This is her first year and his second. I paired him with a amber bloodred female last week and the evidence was there but I missed the lock. But I'll keep pairing them up for a while. So excited. Here's the pic.

I would definitely leave her alone overnight. If she lays them all by morning, go ahead and offer her food! Congrats!!!

We'll she ended up laying ten more so thirteen total. Ended up losing like 75g. Wouldn't take any food .ill give her a day or two to relax and try again. Large water bowl back in cage as well.

No I didn't get a final pic was in a hurry. I did candle all of the eggs and they all showed veins even the small one in that first pic.all eggs are really nice and white. The yellow in the pic is the old incandescent bulb in the room. Have them I'm the incubator now at 82 will give them a few weeks and see if any of the Change.

The smallest egg is an inch long the rest are like 1 1/4 to 1 1/2. According to the cornsnake book they say 5/8 to 1 1/2 is normal. This is my first clutch so I read the book like every day just double triple checking everything I've done. Just gonna hope for the best.

None were yellow all white none slippery either. She laid them all over her lay box we had to carefully dig through it to get them all. no none were stuck together they were not close enough to each other. There is one small one about an inch that's white but it's really soft. Gonna give them a chance and see how it goes. We're happy with whatever we get.
