Just hatched today - This ones a keeper!

How icky, you must just be trying to boost his ego.
Send'm to me and I'll love the little guy up regardless ;)

Wow! I thought he was a pretty lav blood when I first saw the pic as well. Sweet looking ghost blood. I am drooling!

Yup, he's a GhostBloodred, not a Lavender Blood :) I did just start a Lavender-Stripe-Bloodred project (but the F1's are only about 2 weeks old now) I also have a GhostBloodred Motley project in the works from this bloodline. Should produce some sweet looking animals!

Random question, but how "colorful" are your adult ghost bloods that these came from? Do they keep mostly grey or do they get peaches and pinks as they age?

Poor bald little snake!

I always think the best diffused, most extreme head patterned bloodred babies look a bit pathetic when they're tiny - it's the [white] bald head that does it.
That's exactly what I think of Caucasian babies . . .

Wow, that's a stunning example of a Ghost Blood, I too think you should do a progression thread on him, Congratulations

Best wishes,

I hope next I am as fortunante to produce something as nice from our het kids.. Dayum, dats da bomb!

Regards.. Tim of T and J

w00t, I knew he was a ghost blood the second I saw him! Then I got all confused when I saw people guessing lav blood.

Oh how i wish I could afford one of these guys.. Your ghost bloods are my favorites.

He's a little pale for me... but I can see why you would stamp "keeper" on that one :)

I have a feeling this "baldie-head keeper hatchling" may turn out to look like this pretty pink lady below  She's a 2007 and shed *just* before I took the photos.

Some of the GhostBloodreds I'm hatching are turning out Pastel. The ones with the best diffusion / lightest sides seem to be the ones developing the pastel wash.

Below are natural sunlight photos taken 7/1/08. The sun came out from behind some clouds in the last body shot, but it gives a good contrast against the other 2 photos.

Very, very nice snakes, both the new and the older. I love the photos, too. Love the pastel coloring.
