Just some memorable moments from Daytona...

Ok, most of these have to do with my kids, so bear with me! In no particualr order...

1. After the expo, Abby (my 6 year old) wanted wings, so we went to Hooter's. The poor homely Pentecostal waitress sits next to her and asks her what sauce she wants on her wings. "We have mild buttery, parmesan garlic..." Abby chimes in with "Ya got HOT"???

2. "Susan, Susan, SUSAN...."

3. Bob, Rob, Sarae, Anna, and all the other folks!

4. Bob again...

5. Awesome raffle with Abby being Katie's assistant!

6. Meeting Don Soderberg

7. Not getting charged for any plastic plants Becky may or may not have eaten...

8. More Bob...

9. At the pool, Abby making me look dumber by reading the "no diving" sign

10. Just that everyone made it a great time. Katie, Angela, Autumn, Susan, everyone!

Sorry, I was just missing the moment!

I was a pleasure seeing you and your angels! I'm just sorry I didn't get to spend more time talking with you and them.

It was nice seeing you, Eddie! The girls are so big!

The most memorable Daytona Moment for me was the Baby Jesus story...

And going swimming and then falling asleep on the beach at Canaveral National Seashore with Carol and Heather.

Thanks for this Eddie! It was definately a fantastic time. One of these years I will need to pass the reins of the GTG over to someone else so I can spend more time visiting with everyone.

I will always remember the Great Cake Fight of 2011!!

Eddie, I saw the title of this thread and my first thought was "Oh gah..." haha, I'm glad I read it anyways...

PS you forgot "Yay Bob!" lol

And going swimming and then falling asleep on the beach at Canaveral National Seashore with Carol and Heather.

That was such a nice beach! I was surprised (in a good way) at how not crowded it was. And it was neat seeing all the sea turtle nests. I have my little seashell to remember my time there, incongruous ark shell I think.

And the gopher tortoises!

Not so much the mosquitoes....
