Well Elle, I had absolutely no problem with your pics of a dissected mouse. I've always had a strong stomach, especially after growing up on a farm and then being a vet tech for over 25 years. I've eaten lunch with my left hand while my right hand was washing maggots out of a sedated dog. Even while working in Weeki Wachee's Birds of Prey show, one of my favorite jobs was to cut up the rats for the birds. We couldn't just give them their whole meal at once...it had to be spread throughout 3 shows so the birds would perform. The "bestest" part was pounding the rat parts and chicken necks with a mallet to break the bones (people could handle what looked like chop meat better than a rat leg or head). And yes, occasionally while pounding, tiny bits would go flying in all directions! I really miss that job......
