Miami het Cinder x Miami het Cinder :)

Ooh pretty little pearly whites! Looking forward to seeing the little pippettes when they peek out :D

PS Keep the updates coming!

Day 55 of Incubation...

Eggs look great! About 4-5 more weeks to go! With any luck you have 11 little snakelets to photograph (get that camera by then). And about 2-3 of them should be cinders, right?

ugh... I wish they stayed looking great  ... I figured the sluggy looking one from the beginning 'was' a slug... but could't blame me for being hopeful... it was removed halfway through once it became flat... 2 became dented 5-6 days ago added damp moss over the eggs instead of dry papertowel... upon checking today... they are part yellow, slimey and have formed mold... I'm assuming whever has formed inside, ceased to & the eggs are parishing... bleh... so about those 2-3 cinders  my odds are dwindling with my 9 good eggs left we will see ;) I'm on Day 55 of Incubation Today.

lol... get that camera... ya, still have to do that, photo of the day comes courtesy of friends borrowed P&S... tada! lol

Cant wait to see pippies either

A wave of relief is what I will feel once I see those pippies ;) I dunno about doing this every year  LOL! I may be singing a different tune once I see those lil hatchings peeking out :) But I have been one nervous mother hen this whole process... :awcrap: course, I guess incubation round 1... that's bound to happen

Next Update hopefully will be me squeeling in delight that i see pippies & of course photos of their lil faces...

For now... here are my 9 good eggs & the 2 on the ends with a case of the ick, I wiped away the mold... being inexperienced I didnt know if I should try to remove them or not... I pulled gently, but they are both attached to 2 other eggs, so I left them and closed the incubator back up. :shrugs:

Gah! I hate when I find these threads before there are pictures of the pips. From what I see there is a beautiful Cinder making its way. But then again, from what little we can see of it, it could be a candycane. But that can't be with a Miami het Cinder x same breeding. Post piccys!

OMG!! I'm so excited!! C'mon Cinder! C'mon Cinder!

Never count an egg as bad until nothing hatches. I've seen some ugly eggs go on to hatch.

Good luck, hope you get some real nice Cinders !!!!!!!!! Can't wait to see some pic's of the Cinders

lol, this is the only other view I took while peeking in on them today... hopefully I have more to offer tomorrow :)

IMO, the 1 viewable is a Miami, from knowing how the parents looked as hatchlings... but then again... I've never played the egg peeking game ;) All I know its the most beautiful little hatchling I've ever seen :) I'm bubbling over w/ excitement
