Well, I've sold, traded, and breeder loaned almost everything since I started on this message board. Then I got out. Then I REALLY got out when I opened the pet shop. Then I'd come across something special and keep it. Then I had to get a tessera. Then a special snake would come through the shop here and there. Next thing ya know, I'm getting a keeper shipment from SMR. 3.2 Tesseras, vanishing stripe ghost, pewter het everything, coral snows, banded amels, amel bloodreds, opals... I took some pictures (please give me some time to resize), but missed over half. I have to get new racks ready for next year already.

Did I hit the lottery? Is the pet store doing gang busters? Do I have pictures of Don in compromising positions? Nope. Corn snakes are just what I like. My luck with other species has been so much more miss than hit, I decided to get the corns I hadn't worked with a ton (or at all), and see what happens. Please wish me luck. I'm gonna need it! Pictures will be up soon, I left my camera at the store today.

I can't quit looking at them! My mom came in (she helps me out a TON at the store), and when I showed them to her, she said "I can't believe those are all corn snakes!" I hid the invoice from her, naturally.

Nice purchases there Chip I can kinda relate I have worked with many species over the years but corns are the majority of what I keep.

I just bought a bunch, the price ALWAYS drops when that happens!

I kid (sort of), but in addition to that, they're co-dom. A lot of people are going to make a lot of Tesseras in the next two years!

I got some adult breeders today, hopefully to prove out some het traits with these Tesseras. Seeing as only the boys will be big enough to go by spring, I bought five adult girls from John Mack.

Again, I was looking at postage stamp sized pics, so they might not be labeled correctly. For $45 each, it was a steal! I needed leopard geckos anyway, so was going to pay shipping either way. The shipping upgrade to get some breeder corns was minimal, and I'm thrilled with the quality of both snakes AND lizards. Will do business with him again.
