Hey guy's I recently purchased a baby corn and I am like having a corn snake attack I want another one so bad. My wife says no! one snake and a bearded dragon is enough!!! :( I ordered 100 pinkies and tried the whole idea of telling her that I have plenty of pinkies to feed 2 snakes so it makes economical sense to get another one. She's not falling for it, I also tried convincing my daughter to tell mom that she wants a corn snake now lol. I already have the tank and everything just need a heating pad. I am fighting an uphill battle folks please help lol
 
I ended up "getting" my wife a snake, even though the snake is mine... That way when she gets mad about me spending time with the animals, I tell her that I am taking care of her snake...LOL
 
When I first read the title to this thread I thought it said "need help convicting my wife". Really didn't know what to expect when I opened it up :roflmao:
 
You could suggest a new snake as a very easy to shop for Christmas gift (since you would do the shopping)!
 
I wanted a hundred snakes as soon as I got my first corn. Let yourself get used to this one, then when Christmas comes around, think about if you truly want to treat yourself. :D


Also, again with the waiting a bit, but who says you have to stick with corns? :p
 
Yeah honestly get her a pink or purple snake and then get yourself one.
Then there would be three and hopefully she falls into the corn attack too.

If she REALLY hates snakes...
Then get your snake and her some kind of expensive jewelery.
If you cant get her something nice, why should you...
You do not need the snake you want one, so get something for her that she wants too.

I wouldnt just get something for yourself and then ask for forgiveness since if that was my man, I would not be a happy camper. He would be in a lot of trouble and I actually let him get away with things 90% of the time haha.
 
Just get one and pretend it's the same one as you always had... Just never appear with them both at the same time.....
Or tell her you fancy selling all your animals to get a Rattle snake.... She may consider another corn a better trade off....
