Oh, Craigslist...

I truly hope every animal gets a good home. Did he relist them with prices or is it all still a package deal?

He didn't list prices, but did seem to relist with intent to sell separate. A local person who does rescue is hoping to pick them all up to get them out. He won't hold, though.. We should find out in the next day or two how that will work out... Fingers crossed. These guys need a break.

On the Phoenix CL there is always an ad by one or two regulars that will take reptiles, turtles, fish, etc. and I always wonder if they are really set up to take all the types of animals they ask for.

I agree, "flipper"!!!

Flipper???

Flipper = someone who gets something for cheap or free and then turns around and sells it for a profit.

Flipping houses is fine, flipping animals is not....

Not craigslis but gumtree - but I jsut saw an ad for a male royal, 1400gs for sale for as low as £30... just mentioning cos that seems like a ridiculously low price to me!

Not sure what the price relates to here, but usually normal male ball pythons are around $25. At least in my experience.

:headbang:::awcrap:
I can just see the headline now: Mini Anaconda attack on university campus, terrified students stampede
at least the re homing fee is scary enough to stop most of the freshmen

oh and I WILL be checking in on her from time to time with the new owner so if thats a problem then dont respond

Plus, you get a free stalker for life!

That would be my guess, as well. At least it would be the (slightly) lesser of two evils--that baby is perfect size for big snake chow, but at least their husbandry is the same.

I never see em free around here. In fact I rarely see corns listed locally (maybe 1 or 2 a month), it's all ball pythons. I'd be all over that deal and throw the log out into the garden!!

I don't often see free ones, but usually you can get a snake plus setup for 50-100 dollars. However, my problem is that I'm usually just looking for tanks, and I can hardly ever find cheap ones that DON'T come with a snake.

Need Corn Snake! (Tucson/Marana)
Hello CL! So my friend recently had to give his cornsnake to a 'friend' because he had some problems. Well that 'friend' is no longer answering my calls (actually her phone is now disconcerted) so im assuming the snake has either died or she sold him. That snake was my friends baby and I cant tell him that we cant get him back, so im looking for a young (3-3 1/2 foot) albino cornsnake. It would be greatly appreciated if you would give us the snake out of the kindness of your heart, but I could pay $15 or $20 (breeders sell albinos for $15-$20 so please don't email me telling me they're worth a lot more) If you have a young albino corn please email me (a picture included would be nice but not needed) Thank you so much for reading, I will take this post down when I find a snake.

Okay, so if you are willing to pay what a breeder is asking then why take a chance on an unseen CL snake? I just can't figure out the end game on this one.
