Doesn't anyone have any good looking dogs! My daughter is going to set me up to download pics and I'll post a pic of "Inky" my Staffy bull terrier.Come on fellow cat haters, lets see the canines!

I think it would have been more appropriate to say dog lovers instead of cat haters. Thats a bit harsh. I love dogs but I would probably never own another one, doesn't make me a dog hater.

Heres ma old woofycat Mifty. She was the most annoying dog in the world. I made sure she stayed with ma ex when I left LOL.

Hah! Well you don't have to worry about any cat pics from me. If I point and shoot something at my cat, it won't be a camera. :grin01:

Here's Lord Vader, my late '06 chihuahua. The first pic is from early January, when he was 8 weeks old, or so. The last two are from May, but he doesn't look a lot different now. He's a big boy now, tipping the scales at a whopping 4lb.

We have dogs and cats. I am more of a cat person by nature, but I can't have a house without having dogs too.
Not sure what order these will upload but the pics are of:
Sierra - 8yrs old - wolf mix
Zusa - 7yrs old - GSD
Roxy - 3yrs old - Rottweiler

Here's my lab x collie x pitbull, Ellie. She's a great family dog and is sadly slowing down a little at 10 years old. She taught herself to retrieve from water and perform a search pattern in thick cover. She takes home security a little too seriously, and isn't supposed to ever sleep on my bed, so she waits until after a nightshift when I'm just falling asleep!

Thats kind of how I feel about little dogs....I dont hate them, I love all animals, but Id never own one. I own cats I dont see a need to have a little dog. I go for the big doofy ones, cant help it. Maybe its because Im a female and they make me feel safer? This is my lab at his birthday party...the other dog belongs to our tenant.

=/ I wish I had a dog. I really don't feel as though my life is complete without one. This was my dog up until a few years ago when I moved out for college.

He's still at my parent's house. We've had him ever since we've lived in this state, about 11 years now.

This is the pup I fostered last year. Unfortunately being a college student I was forced with the decision of finding him a good home with others. He's in good hands now but I still miss him a lot!

He got so big in the time I had him!

I do not hate cats, but I definitely feel as though my bonds with dogs are a lot stronger. I have a cat right now, my first cat ever. I own him because apartments around here allow it. He loves being outdoors in the courtyard in the middle of my apartment complex, and will only come inside to eat. Once he's done he's usually out of there. He loves massages too, but when I finish he gives me a nasty look.
*sigh, I just love the wonderful bond you can have with a dog that for me does not exist with a cat.

I guess I should blame my parents for that

I love my cats, but my cats love Kristi. :) There's something about when I grab their heads, hold them still, and kiss them on the nose that just doesn't endear me to them. My cats tolerate me, and really they do like me a lot, but I'm certainly second best around here with them. But the dogs, that's a different story. And this dog, especially, I adore.

Really am enjoying the doggie pics.:)

I have cats but ... am, and have always been, more of a dog person.
Here are some photos of a few of my dogs:
First is Tonka. A male Boston Terrier and "my baby".:)
Next is Kea. A female Rottweiler. She is getting up in age but still acts like a dog half her years.
Next is Asia. A female Mid-Asian Shepherd. She is of a livestock breed and lives with my two young stallions. She would be miserable if she lived indoors ... Is happiest with room to run and doing what is in her blood (guarding livestock). Is very friendly, to people, but ... just let someone, outside the family, try to take one of her charges and she turns into a whole other thing.;)

Heres my Roxy. Shes a GSD that we got from a shelter. Her previous owner was in Iraq, and the wife was divorcing him without him knowing. The wife just dropped her off at the shelter and left. :twoguns: Wife.

I love cats and dogs. I don't know how anyone can dislike either. But these dogs are the cutest I've ever seen.
