Just wondering if people keep other pets as well as snakes

I've a dog and a cat but here are some of my fish

Firstly, my pride and joy.... PDiddy  my ceylon green puffer

Then the smaller dwarf puffers

My community tank

and finally my malawis

The community tank will need an upgrade later to accomodate my ever growing sailfin plec, clown loaches and severum. Hope to have a dabble with marines as well in the ceylon tank as his water gets saltier - may need to win the lottery first!

I love severums! I used to have a 140 gallon Malawi tank, and a 55 Tanganyikan tank.

Lovely fish!!

At the moment I have 2 cats, a rabbit, 2 giant snails, and 3 fancy goldfish as well as my snakes. Just ask if you'd like to see pics of anyone. :)

We have 8 pets total. :)

2 dogs, 2 cats, 3 crested geckos, and 1 cornsnake. :)

Someone once asked me where the snake lived. I told them in a tank, with a confused tone as in 'where else would a snake live?"

They replied, "Oh, I thought maybe the snake just roamed the house." :bang:

I have friends that think I can just let the snakes out, free, too.

There was just a thread about what people had besides corns.

I have two pigeons, two box turtles, two tortoises, and one toad, besides the five snakes.

I have
One Corn Snake
Two Jirds (Female is pregnant, hoping for a litter soon)
One Golden Labrador
One Kitten
And One gorgeous African Grey Parrot.

This little mutant here is a Red eared slider I got this summer as a hatchling.
6 months later it's grown to 5 inches long, that's about double what I was expecting.

Hey Tyger, got any pictures of your pitties? I'd love to see them!

Rachel, I love your community tank! I'm starting on a project to make a live Terrarium that will eventually house a few poison dart frogs. I want to focus on the plants first though. Right now all I have is an air plant.. baby steps I suppose!

Besides the snakes..I have 2 cats, 1 guinea pig, and a green cheek conure..

Sargeant(Orange tabby) and Charlie(black and white) You can tell they're the best buddies..

Racheals...

Love the flippin Rainbows. I moved to get more land and gave up a real house for one on wheels. No more aquariums and gave up my Rainbows. But besides snakes... and pics of the fish I left behind...

*sings it to the tune of "Twelve Days of Christmas"* Just kidding... sort of...

I am currently caring for... 1 corn snake, 1 african clawed frog, 1 leopard gecko, 1 ornate horned frog, 2 gerbils, 2 hamsters, 6 Cuban Treefrogs, 1 house gecko, 1 cockatiel, and 160+ gallons worth of fish tanks, including 2 bettas and 2 african dwarf frogs.

To top it off, I live with my parents Scottish Terrier. He's insane.

I plan to purchase a house next year. My zoo will only grow.

Ah, another 'other pet' thread! lol.. We house the local zoo me thinks...

We have 72 snakes (sold one, yes!), around about 100 mice (feeders), several rats (they move too fast to count (yet more feeders), 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 anoles, I think 10-15 toads (haven't counted them lately), and then a 55g tank with our African Cichlids, a 30g full of guppies, and a 20g with a small oscar and 2 gouramii (sp??). We also have an assortment of plecos, a loach, and corys. We had an upside down cat, but he died recently as he was old. Had him a long time too. Don't ask me to count the cichlids or the guppies, all I know is that there are lots of each! lol.

Now, all I need is a couple horses and a parrot or two and I'm all set!

Jenn

Here's a summary of Ellie's christmas day, she gets all excited about unwrapping her presents, then 'kills' the squeaky toys. This one laasted a few hours, she's slowing down with age..........
as well as her, we've got a cat, a mad gerbil, the breeder mice, a cockateil, golden treefrogs, a pacman frog, a leopard gecko and the tropical fish
