Awesome. I would like to have a copperhead one day. The trouble with me and venomous snakes, though, is that I don't think I could resist touching them. Beautiful collection.

Thank you much! Just glad everyone enjoyed!

LOL...yeah touching isn't really an option for stuff like this. LOL

Wow. I dont think I could ever own one cause I to would want to touch but I'll look at your pictures any day!

Brad, very nice.. I gotta get to your place one of these days and see those new kids.
As always, I love your copperheads. A shame I wont ever get any. ;) for my own good that is. lol

Well, this set is the best! That Gaboon viper is great, their pattern is just amazing. Thank you for the beautiful Copperhead pics, reminds me of my pre-teen years when I saw them a lot. No, we didn't touch.

NICE!!!! Brad, I don't know what the "standards" are for copperheads... but I LOVE that 2nd one! Very kewl!

Of course, I love the Gaboon Viper. Looks smallish? Still a juvie?

I also agree with Josh... the Wagler's Viper does look alien-like.

These are hopefully a genetic deal, they are high orange and high pink, the last 2 shots are the father of the ones above, which should be ready to breed next season, something I am going to try to see how the color tranfers over. Just kind of a little play project for me...I love copperheads they are just beautiful.

LOL, yeah the Gab. is very young about 5 months old only about 12" long I got her late this last summer....she's got quite a ways to go yet.

Much appreciate all the complients! glad everyone enjoyed the pics.

Fantastic snakes and beautiful photography. I have always been fascinated by gaboon vipers - just amazing looking creatures.

Why thank you!
LOL...no not really they just pretty much like to jump around, and try to bite anything that moves. It's rather amusing when they are little....less amusing when they get big. LOL

I've only seen them in the wild, and only adults. They pretty much just coil up, open their mouths, and say "Don't you dare bother me!!"

I love the pattrn on the Gaboon viper why must they be venomous and pretty? Very nice shots btw your photography is amazing:)

I've seen copperheads & cottonmouths in the wild too. Your copperheads are prettier -- do people breed them for beauty -- yours are gorgeous. Why must such a beauty be a hot?

I had not previously seen pictures of the gaboon viper -- OMG is that gorgeous snake.

Thanks for posting -- lovely snakes & great pictures.
