I'm entertaining myself today. How about we do a new thread for posting our desktops?

Remember for PCs (Windows) you should have a button that says Print Screen, prtscrn, or may be fn OR ctrl and some other key. For Mac, it should be Command + Shift + 3

Here's my current desktop. I used to do a lot of graphics and this is one of them. I change my desktop every other day or so.

The background is new... doesn't change too often (mostly cause I can hardly ever see my desktop lol)

I'm too lazy to change my desktop...I think it has been this background ever since I got the computer and first set it to this background.

Also, too much of an image change will confuzzle my mind. I like the soothing blues, greens.

I change my backgrounds every few days, since I have hundreds of them . This one, though, is one of my very favorites, and the one I'm currently using. I took the photo one nice summer day. It is calming to me, and it makes me smile .

We use Ubuntu (a flavor or Linux) on our machines, here. This computer and my husband's laptop both have the current version installed (which, btw, is FREE (as in open source), secure, and isn't full of all sorts of unnecessary crapola .
