I noticed lately that when my female corn, whom is aged one year. Has been moving around in her viv with a raised tail like she is about to poop, but she is not pooping? could she be constipated maybe? she is a good eater, never refuses a meal, she appear to looks completely like a happy growing snake... just her tail is raised often as she moves = /
 
When was the last time she pooped? Usually with constipation you see a bulge around or just above the cloaca.
 
I don't see a bulge, I also noticed feces in her old cage. (I transported her to new one today) she also had a raised tail prior to this new cage though.
 
Sounds like she's still pooping then, so not constipation at the moment. Raising the tail in the presence of a male is called "flagging" and it's a kind of "come and get it" signal! Perhaps she's just looking for luurve? It's not usual in a lone female, but I guess it could happen.

For the moment I'd say just carry on as usual and watch out for either poop or a bulge developing. When moving to a new tank, I'd also hold off feeding or handling her for at least a week. She's going to be a bit unsettled, so she needs time to get used to the new surroundings.
 
If your worried about her popping then put her in warm not boiling water for 10-20 minutes and if she has got poop stuck up there it should all come out hope this was useful :)
 
If you listen to the about poster, for heaven's sake please use a thermometer and measure the temp of the water. If it feels warm to you it will BURN her!!!
 
funny, I just noticed my little black rat doing this too, she's a year old. She only did it as she was going into her hide. I'm clueless right now but I'll watch for it and see if I can add some info or speculations.

What's "warm" to us is too warm for them.
I would use room temp water, if you're going to do this.
