Pretty Woma!

Hey y'all,

As some of you may have seen, I have now welcomed a beautiful Woma Python into the family. He is absolutely perfect (in my opinion), and looks even more perfect now that he's shed.

Without further adieu, here he is :D! *Blue Bowl content*

Thanks for looking :):):)!!!

VERY nice! I've never been much for womas, but your lovely little woma is beginning to change my opinion for the better... =)

Wow! What a beauty! I've always ogled Womas from afar, and dreamt about getting one one day. You're so lucky! :D He looks great after the shed, too. Wow! LOL

Thank you Floof :)! If he wasn't handsome enough in the pictures to change a mind, then one minute of handling him definitely would. He is honestly as easy going as any snake I've ever held, and is SO much fun to take out and
handle!

Thank you Suzy! I do feel very lucky to have found him. I picked him up while he was in shed, and still thought he was gorgeous. So it was like Christmas seeing him in his new fresh scales.

very pretty!

I have to ask, is the thread title "Pretty Woma!" a play on "Pretty Woman", or was that just coincidence.

Yes, it is a sorry attempt of a play on "Pretty Woman" :)! He's a boy too, but I thought it was still fitting. My mom was the first one to crack jokes that I was going to pick up a Woma from a craigslist ad !

Thank you by the way :)!!!

Completely AWESOME looking Woma, Michael! BEAUTIFUL!

I haven't seen any woma's like that one. The ones they have around here are so drab.

Congrats to you on the handsome new addition!

Thank you SO much Fred, I really appreciate that. I've wanted a Woma for SO long now, but either they were way too expensive, or not what I was looking for appearance wise. So I was completely shocked to have turned up with such a beauty in my price range, especially on Craigslist!

Special thanks to my mom, who really went above and beyond to help get him :).

That is one excellent CL pick up! He looked pretty darn good pre-shed, now he is outstanding.

What a sweety! Have you got any photos that show off his 'Groucho eyebrows'?
Thank you very much :)! I'll be taking plenty more pictures in the near future, so I'll definitely try to snap some more photos of his brows.

He's just gorgeous! I'm looking forward to lots more pics of him!!
Thank you Nanci! I look forward to sharing lots more photos too!

I -love- his intense-yellow head!
Thanks! His colors are so amazing, especially on his head. He kind of has the appearance of some sort of Egyptian relic. He's got the gold head, and really light, sand colored markings. I haven't thought of a name yet, but I think it will be a name that has something to do with his colors.

Thank you much! I agree. He did look really nice pre-shed, so I was so happy with his post-shed appearance. I was shocked to find such a beauty on Craiglist. Which I never frequent CL for reptiles (or at all eally), but I happened to come across it in the pets section while trying to look for an orange kitten. I am very pleased with not only the Woma, but the transaction itself. I know that CL isn't the most credible way of finding legitimate ads, but the gentleman who posted this ad was a great help from the get go.
