Well actually that is not a bad observation. We have had a rash of racist jokes today. We need Nanci to make a call on this one.

I do not see any harm in an individual poking fun at their own (personal) self. I ignored post #11.

Are threads like this good for your (all inclusive) businesses? I only ask because there's so darned many of them. Though I suppose if customers are run off there's really no way to tell.

If I didn't care/like/love/adore you (plural) I wouldn't bother posting on this thread.

I've made plenty of errors posting over the years, not just here but other places too.

Dave, what exactly is that supposed to mean? Does me saying I think my posted quote is a meaningful thought make you not want to buy a snake from me? "How we disagree is a real measure of who we are." It's okay to disagree but not to be disagreeable.

It was suggested to me, before I accepted the nomination to run for moderator, that my actions as a mod might make me some enemies. I accepted that risk because I know myself to be fair and rational and ethical and moral- and if that isn't clear by my actions, and people hate me for my interpretation of Rich's rules, for doing my "job" here- then they are probably not the type of people I would entrust my precious babies to anyway.

I'll be the first to go on record that you are all of that Nanci. I don't see a lot of what you do but I have not seen you be unfair in anyway. I would be very surprised if you ever did.

I have said the same about Dean 0 (past tense) and Susan and Jeff, but I think you all do a great job. I am always pushing the envelope and I get smacked every once in a while but always fairly.

You are not my enemy. I was suprised to see you removing a good line from your vocabulary because it was said by a Mormon. Until today I had some reservations about whether you were really from this planet because you're always so nice and kind to everyone. But then today I realized OMG she's actually from Earth.

I read the first page and a half of thread at noon today. I thought it over for 6-7 hours before posting a reply. Not a haughty quick emotional reply.

I assumed that was part of your job here. Are you saying it is not but you do it anyways? Though I don't understand what that has to do with famous quotes & stuff from the Mormons. Besides, I'm not that codependant.

As for that other stuff about what someone told you before you took the job, that has nothing to do with me.

I am respectfully disagreeable about my friends being at odds. Debating = OK.

My friends are all required to be from the same weird psychedelic planet I'm from. Weird weird, not fractiously weird.

I have no idea what you think I am saying here, but I am saying I thought the quote was GOOD. I LIKE it. Coincidentally, Googling it, I discovered that the person who said it is MORMON. That doesn't have anything to to with anything as far as I am concerned. Please stop having delusions about me not "liking" or not wishing to do business with anyone of the Mormon faith- I never said any such thing.
