I know they honor their guarantee because the owner of the website, Joe, had one break when a crickte crawled inside, and the scale was replaced, no questions asked, and that is why he chose to sell that brand in his Carolina Pet Supply shop.

That size is perfect for even the biggest adults. If you are weighing a lot of babies, the picket scale is really nice. If you buy the AC adaptor, you _never_ have to worry about dead batteries again!!
