Dallas finally pooped & shed after 10 days of waiting...so then he ate like a champ, & 48 more hours until he can come out & play! I miss holding him! :'(

Isn't it funny how we get so happy when our children finally poop & we stop worrying?!

Yes, yes...I got excited over poop....haha :spinner:

Ya...I miss holding him tho. :'(

The entire time he was in his blue phase I left him alone unless it was to soak him in water.

Then after his shed I fed him. So more time goes by...

Ahhh! I can't wait to hold him! :)

See, this is why you need two or three snakes. That way at least one of them usually won't be in shed & you can stagger their feed days, so one is always able to be held. ;~)

You don't have to leave a snake alone when it's in blue unless it freaks out real bad. Both of mine don't seem to mind, but I try not to bother them too much because they REALLY cannot see and bump into things, thus eventually freaking out. I do let them crawl around on my hands for a few minutes two or three times a day though.

Nice job getting him to shed though!

Thanks! I just don't want to stress him out. So I just let him be. Yes, the shed was perfect. One looooong piece. I'm going to take pictures tomorrow if he's up to it & has digested most of his food!
