Go Ahead, Make My Day!
When you're waiting for the load of laundry to finish washing so you could put it in the dryer while at the same time having to stick around and stir dinner every few minutes, there really isn't much to do except look around at the snake containers in the room and take a few photos. With the lousy lighting in the living room (hubby is too cheap to put more than a single 35 watt bulb in the sole overhead lamp and there is a limit as to how much light filters in from the kitchen), and experimenting with a new background, I'm surprised I got the few good shots that I did!
First up is my female lava het ice ph bloodred. She has only eaten 2 lizard scented meals on her own so I've had to force feed her hoping she'll eventually come around.
Next is my female ghost ph Sunkissed. Even if she proves out to not be het Sunkissed, she'll remain here as she just has a look that makes her stand out.
Third is a female normal het bloodred ph cinder out of an Upper Keys female. I've not had good luck with all the hatchlings I kept from that clutch, but this girl is doing fantastic.
Fourth is one of two female hypos het anery motley Sunkissed. I knew as soon as this girl hatched that I would keep her. Her sister is deep in blue and really pissed off when I opened the lid to her container, so she didn't get photographed.
Last is the male hypo het anery motley Sunkissed. I have yet to get a good photo of him. He just refused to hold still!
