striped?

i live in england
and im not being demanding no one is answering and if i found the answer i would ask.

You've been answered MULTIPLE times. You are either not asking the correct questions or really have no idea what you need to ask to get the answer you think you deserve. I will go ahead and give you some examples of a variety of striped cornsnakes. These are all homozygous stripes of various color morphs:

Now if you were to run a search for "stripe" in the Photo Gallery, I'm sure you will find more examples of these plus other color morph stripes, such as lavender, hypo, etc. And I don't want to "hear" you say any more that the members of this forum aren't being nice to you or are not answering your vague questions. They have been patient with you beyond what is necessary.

The website I linked shows all the cornsnake colors, with pictures of what a stripe of that color looks like, if stripe in that morph exists.

thanks
its very much the closest match to the first one id say except where this one has the orange in between the 2 middle lines anear the head which fades it didnt have, it is like it though :)god so dif when its older lol

thers a few holes etc n therr so tiny in the corner but 1 has a wire goin out so he wil climb up the wire and escape i just dont know what i can put there? without damaging him too :S theres also a big hugge hole at the top where the bulbs are meant to be, so i can do something about that like put a lamp on it or something lol
anymore ideas ?

If there is any holes in your cage, the snake WILL find it and get out. If you have a hot glue gun, try and fill the hole in the corner with hot glue before you put the snake in. Food grade silicone works too but takes a lot longer to dry and be non toxic. Good luck with your new stripe, and try and love it no matter what it grows to look like!

Phillip, are you saying that you do not have the proper setup for this snake? Could you maybe describe what you do and do not have so maybe we can make some suggestions before you bring him home?

well im getting him later i dont know if i have a gun.bluetac a good idea,or just anything i will have in the house that would be a good idea????
theres nothing lol

no i cant its already been on hold, but dont worry ill get something really tough and put it there and seltotape it on for now untill i can get something else.and yes 2 years but i didnt want one after that because things but me off and i couldnt afford it,now i can.
what else is there?

Tape is not a good idea, get a secure new lid or a new viv. Have you got a thermostat, heat source, digital thermometer with probe, substrate, hides, water bowl?

yes i have read up,im getting a better thermometer later as mine hasnt got a probe allthoigh digital.
i cantt afford a brand new viv but i do have a plastic tub so i could punch some holes and put that inside the viv, its not too big about 10 x 6 but the snake is only about 10 inches, could that do for a bit until i do get the tank sorted?? :)

Honestly, truly, I keep all my snakes in ventilated tubs in a heated rack system, but if you only plan to have one snake in a viv you'd be best leaving it at the shop until you have all it's needs ready.
Check preloved and e-bay for used vivs. Livefooduk also has adverts for used vivs.

well im sure for a few days it would be ok ? but as its so small how would be best to heat it?? the best i can do is put it alone with the UTH covering a small amount or in the tank with 1/3 on the hot side, but the thnig that bothers me is the tubs so small would it end up heating all of the tub up?? And shall i punch holes in it everywere?
thanks

Please do get the viv fixed, set it up and check the temperatures for a few days before collecting your snake. A well looked after corn can live up to 20 years, an over heated or escaped corn can die miserably.

yes ,i told you i did but i have the tub i can put him in, and i cant get a hole in it big enough to put the probe in or it wil escape, how else can i do it or were else put the probe?

I'm trying to help you, wait until you've fixed the viv! In a small tub the snake won't be able to thermoregulate. Low temperatures can make them sluggish, refuse feeds or regurge. High temps can make them hyperactive, bad-tempered, reluctant to feed, cause thermal burns, neurological damage and death.

well she was only keeping it on hold 2day,
if i punch air holes in it shouldnt it be ok, etc
also we do hjave the sealent stuff somewhere so if i use that then the snake cant escape the main tank, and the main tank is fine at the moment and set up.i can put things in anyway 2 make sure he doesent escape the only placve i think he wil is where the thermostat probe wire goes up .
if i put sealent on now wil it be ok to still put the snake in,i know hes living in a tub at the pet shop anyway.

Susan, as a moderator can you go in and change Phillip's age as he lied about it when he signed up?

I don't have the right to change anyone's profile. How someone wishes to be identified is their choice. In fact, my underage children are forbidden to identify themselves by their real name, real age and real location anywhere on the internet. It's bad enough I've given that information, but at least they're not making plans to talk to or meet someone they know only from the web.
