The sad part is, David is going to get tagged by one of those. lol These are one of the few snakes that made me nervous. I got to hold an adult with my bare hands and I promptly put it back in its cage.

My buddy uses a hook when he works with his due to them being rear fanged.

ugh
I think somebody is really failing here.
Poor kid needs help....
I shudder to think of his future.

Just out of curiosity mate, did you even read my post back on page 8 or so?? I tried putting a little life advice in there for ya. I hope you read it. I doubt you'll take it to heart.

My hope, though, is that I did not waste 20 minutes on my sickbed typing to myself.....:awcrap:

i couldnt fid it I gave up on this thread i'm still gonna get the snake I know about them and If there are probs I will post it here

I think you are getting too many snakes, too many types, and too quickly. How are you going to afford all these animals when you are on your own? How are you going to take care of all of them while you are college?

You need to really think your purchases through. WHY are you getting so many types? WHY those types? WHY now when you are so young? WHY not with your own money?

You seem impulsive with your animals. This was something noted when you made videos, and can still be seen in how you handle opposition. You need to develop self restraint, and a better sense of what you can and should handle. Right now, you are still a child. I *KNOW* you don't feel like it, but at 11 years older than you, and looking back when I was 15, and my friends were 15, and looking now at my 15 year old cousins... you're still a child. You think you are mature, but you are not. If you feel the need to buy something alive, buy plants. That's what I did when I was dorming and felt the desire for a new pet. I currently have a *lot* of trees on my porch because of it, and it was something more in my means at that time.

Honestly, you need to not get any more animals until you are the SOLE provider for them. Absolutely NONE of the funds for their care can come from your parents. That's when you can truly call yourself a pet owner.

I second this. We all think we're mature at 15...then when you put 5 to 10 more years behind you you realize you were not. Unfortunately most people don't realize this until they do put a few more years behind them. Hindsight is 20/20.

I'm also wondering on what you plan on doing after high school? I know I had college plans so I greatly limited my number of animals when I was in high school. All I had were fish and a cat...and the cat was technically my moms. When I went to college she took care of the fish for me...and the cat. I've left the cat with her now that I graduated because she lives with another cat with my mom and I didn't want to split them. Point is, you don't know what the future will bring. Who will take care of all these snakes should something unforseen happen in the future.

ah college yes what with my good grades amd GMU being next to my house and have a friend who is ready and willing to take my herps I run all my herps by him first

Foisting them on a friend to take care of shows you shouldn't have them, plain and simple.

They. Are. YOUR. Pets.

And do you really think that in three years he's going to want to do all the work required to take care of dozens of large and aggressive snakes you'll have if you keep going at this rate? Feeding, weighing, and spot cleaning my 9 once a week takes me over an hour already and all of my snakes are docile, and I have two feed bins going at the same time.

I pity your animals and the neglect they will suffer.

You are NOT a pet owner. You are an incipient hoarder.

my buddy has a large collection of T's I hope to go to comunity college. Oh yes I am a hoarder we have the same number of snake but in 3 weeks I will have 10 :p

A hoarder is a BAD THING.

Good gods. I give up on you. You refuse to learn. You refuse to listen. You only care about getting snakes so you can have snakes and have many different types.

I wish your animals all the luck in the world, they will need it.

And now... Now the kind goddess Lady Ignora will take me inter her embrace, and never again will I have to deal with your pure obstinancy.

David, seriously, can you please try to be mature. You're just making this a game for yourself. Some people may have some different believes and just a blunt statement like that is very negative. Grow up.
